Rooms: Dusty with some sort of weird vent that blows cold air from outside (in the middle of winter!) into the room nearly directly above the bed. Service: They don't clean at all other than changing towels and linens. The room clearly hasn't been vacuum or dusted, possibly ever. I tested out whether they clean by noting where the dust, hair, and other dirt was. The day they "cleaned" the room, all the dirt was still in the same places. They also don't replace the amenities properly. I use hair ties but half the time they aren't replaced even after they've "cleaned" the room. Location: quiet which is nice but far from subway and attractions Building: only 1 elevator for the entire hotel which has 14 floors, so it can take a while to use it and be crowded. The maids leave the doors in the hallways to the outside open the entire time they clean the floor; meaning hours of winter cold coming down the hallway and into the rooms. Bottom line: this hotel is worse than other APA hotels

Great stay

Very clean room. A bit tight if you have large luggage but I just had a small bag so it was fine. Since they had all amenities and robe for sleeping it was great for a short business stay. There are several APA hotels in the area so just be sure you are going to the right one!

The room was very hot. The hotel already had the heat on and told us to open the window to cool down. The shower kept soaking the bathroom floor. And there was only one elevator in the whole hotel. They also broke our suitcase while holding it prior to check in.

Hotel is ok but breakfast is not advisable to include for the stay. No variety at all for breakfast. Same thing for 5 days when we stayed. Sadly to say, we paid the highest breakfast fee to all our stay for our japan vacation. The lady at the breakfast hotel was watching what people are eating. She's annoying.the breakfast place is so small and 18 people can eat only at the same time.

The hotel was very clean. They provide many little extra things like toothbrushes, slippers, hair bobbles and razors. Also they have a microwave on second floor to heat your food. We were very impressed for the price. Reception were very polite when entering and leaving building saying hello and goodbye. Hotel is about 10 min walk from metro roughly about 20 mins away from Namba We would recommend staying here

Overall it was a good hotel, the only downside there’s no laundry available and room has limited storage space it can get pretty cramped. It’s also a smaller APA hotel so they only have one elevator. Would rate 3.5-4/5 stars.

A tiny room with all amenities needed, in a good location, and close to the metro. Suggestion: make the bathroom soundproof by using a proper door that closes hermetically. The room is already really tiny. The current door makes that all the tiny sounds are heard inside/outside the bathroom.

Near Hommachi Station

Hotel is just 7min away from Hommachi station, next to family mart and plenty of restaurants around. Our room is sufficient for what we require, Queen bed, bathroom, hair dryer, bar fridge and an iron available at the front desk. Easy checkin and out

I honestly enjoyed my stay at APA Hotel Midosuji Hommachi Station Higashi in Osaka, Japan. It's quite close to the subway stations which helped me reduce the amount of time i have to be in the station to catch my transportation. There's a convenience store right next to it (Family Mart) and just a few minutes walk to 7-11. The area is really nice, safe, and quiet. The staff in this hotel are amazing! very helpful and well mannered to their guests and when i made some mistakes, they were there to helped me out. It is cheap and clean hotel! Although, the space is quite small, it's perfect for a single person! I would definitely comeback here, when i visit Osaka in the near future! Oh, if you want a food recommendations( i.e. Ramen) feel free to ask the staff at the front desk in regards of their personal recommendations. I once again, want to say thank you to the staff at APA Hotel Midosuji Hommachi Station Higashi. Really enjoyed my stay here!
