Amazing service. Room was very spacious. We could open two full suitcases with room to spare. Breakfast selection and quality is really good. Location is great for subway and shopping.

BEST hotel we stayed at our whole trip. Make sure you have their FREE coffee. Its GOOD. Cold facecloths are a nice touch. Rooms are big and comfortable. Staff are very nice, knowledgeable and friendly. Fluent in English too ! If i come back to Osaka, this is my GO TO HOTEL .. hands down. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Stay – Comfortable, Convenient, and Exceptional Service I had a wonderful stay at Cross Hotel Osaka. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and genuinely eager to help in any way they could. Their hospitality made a real difference and added a personal touch to the experience. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and fresh options to start each day off right. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. After a full day of sightseeing, it felt like a peaceful retreat where I could truly relax. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the action with easy access to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi, yet still quiet and calm inside the hotel. It’s the perfect balance between energy and relaxation. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Cross Hotel Osaka to anyone visiting the city.

Great hotel right next to Dontonburi and easy access to the station. Rooms were very nice and spacious but the street noise was very bad, even on the 13th floor. We would stay here again despite the noise.
