The good: Clean room. Nice friendly English speaking staffs. Nice facilities. Nice and quiet AC. Provide daily refill drinking water. Guest discount on breakfast price. Very convenient and safe area. Allow late checkout. Pubic naked bath (didn't dare to use 😀) for multiplereasons. Can be improved: Our king bedroom doesn't have enough space for laying flat two large suitcases. Breakfast can be better for the price. I stayed 9 nights and would come back.

One of the nicest designed hotel rooms stayed at. Is a good room size for a Japanese hotel. Was well located and excellent breakfast. Only slight downside is that hotel caters for a lot of tour groups (didn't bother us but you may have an occasional crowded breakfast or reception area).

It was a fun experience in Osaka and we made a great decision in staying in Fairfield Marriott! The room we had was small but efficiently designed. Amenities are great, more laundry washer would be beneficial. Complimentary items are great too. We are glad to be booking with Marriott hotels in our vacations.

The property is nice and easy to find. The inside of the property was clean and I didn’t feel crowded. Appreciated the washer and dryer, it didn’t take hours for a wash/dry load to complete. I was disappointed that I was not notified that shuttle services to airport was available at check-in, 48 hours notification required. I stayed three nights and asked on the second night, so missed the 48 hours requirement.
