Convince = 10 stars!! Friendly staff = 10 stars! Breakfast = good! Room = good! Laundry = if you are staying just an overnight then not a big deal but if you stay for few days, you will find out after you get to the laundry room that you can only use the certain credit card I have never heard of or must have enough 100 yen to run laundries. So prepare enough 100 yen’s or dress appropriately to go to the front desk to get changes. About one hour rides by bus cost was 1800 yen for one way (about every 30-60 minutes), by train with reserved seats every 15-30 minutes, spacious and comfy, about 1600 yen for one way, or by tax, about 22,000 yen from KIC airport to by Osaka station. If money is not an object, then they can take you and no need to look for time tables, where to get on, to the local airport or shopping. So I would suggest to stay this place before you return home. And it is very convenient.

Very clean, efficient, and comfortable. It was perfectly located for a late arrival at KIX and early departure by train to Kyoto (two minute walk from the airport across a bridge, you pass the train station on the way). Staff was courteous and breakfast was excellent at the price point.

The room was clean and comfortable, reception staff were welcoming and pleasant. My only complaint is there are no instructions in the room about how to switch the English speaking stations to play in English, there is a Japanese language overlay. I called the front desk to ask how to play BBC in English and they sent a young English speaking staff to my room to show me how to use the language icon on the remote. It seems strange that it never occurred to someone to add a small card to the multiple indie cards cluttering the desk about how to change the language for international channels?
