This was our first time visiting Japan, and we absolutely loved this hotel. The staff were so kind and helpful, and the room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location was perfect — close to shops, restaurants, and transportation, yet still quiet and relaxing. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and attention to detail. It made our first trip to Japan unforgettable. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

Good value hotel but too busy. Basic hotel in Namba with decent breakfast. My biggest gripe is it’s too popular with young travelers on a budget. Lots of food options nearby. Namba station is ten minute walk but subway is about four minutes. Good access to both Kansai and Itami Airports an hour away.

Location is great, within walking distance of everything. Easy to go into other areas because it is near the Metro. Spoilt for choices for dining. Hotel itself is just ok and nothing extra ordinary. They only clean on the 3rd day and they were still cleaning at 3 pm when it stated that cleaning is between 12 and 2 pm.

The rooms were clean and the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options for a reasonable price. The hotel’s location was very convenient for food and shopping nearby. Staff was very kind and helpful. Extra amenities such sleep clothes, lotions, toothbrushes etc. were available. I would definitely book a room here again.
