I was given a room on the 47th floor with an excellent view. There are shops nearby, including Donki and an outlet mall, with a Lawson inside the actual hotel buillding. Easy access to the airport. Staff were professional. Property is a little tired but it is clean and the bed was comfortable.

I read some very negative reviews about this hotel the night before I arrived. I found it super easy to get to from the airport. 1 stop on the subway and a couple of minutes from the station. Great when I arrived at midnight. Room was large & clean. Smoking room but I never noticed any smell and I am sensitive to odours. Next to elevator but not a problem. Just stayed the one night before leaving Osaka but I would stay here again! Great view in the morning across Osaka & Kobe.

We enjoyed our stay of three days and had a wonderful ocean view. It is the rallest building (54 floors ) in the area. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. There are two malls within in a quarter mile as well as a Don Quixote. The shower room was traditional Japanese style--shower outside the tub before soaking in the tub. Also has a Toto bidet. Nightshirt and slippers may be too small for many Westerners--me included. Housekeeping was annoyed by reqests for extra pillows and towels. Shuttle only runs during the morning hours. Reservations are required from the front desk. The train station is literally next door but you are at least 40 minutes from downtown Osaka. KIX is only one stop away for 370 yen. There are many options for eating in the area. I wouldn't get the breakfast option but use the 10 or 20% discount for staying at the hotel. The menu did not change for the three days we were there and was congested at times. While due for a refresh, it's still a solid choice.

Staff is inflexible and speaks poor English. I arrived 9am as my flight arrived early, had to scroll around to wait for check in (3pm) with bad jet lag. Wish the hotel has early check in options like ones in other countries. Front desk staff speaks poor English, hotel room is out dated with stains. Everything needs some improvements.
