Dear Mr. Tobias, thank you very much for choosing us for your stay in Padua. I am sorry to read that the stay was not to your liking and I am very surprised and sorry that TV and wi-fi did not work. Did you report the problem to the Front Office? I'm sure they would have changed your room with pleasure. As for the location, it is correctly indicated on all maps and being a business hotel is one of our strengths.
