The receptionist was a little rude, making sure we knew we would not get points for staying there since we booked through a third party. I already knew that but she had to point it out twice, treating us like interlopers. The dishwasher in the room had dishes in it, there was not conditioner in the bottle in the shower and the metal insert was missing out of the door to the bathroom. The breakfast was lacking.

Okay stay for one night

Hotel was clean and fine. Pool was out of service along with a main elevator (pool was the reason we chose this hotel so we were pretty sad about this). The gym was small and seemed unused and the outdoor fire pit was not working or covered or private. A bit misleading given its location.

Great stay!

This is the first time we have stayed in a Home2Suites and it was SO nice!!! We had the pool to ourselves and the breakfast was delicious.

This is a very nice and pleasant place to stay. Great for families and the breakfast buffet is good if not great! You’d have to go to a restaurant for a varied menu! Pool is a plus, weight room nice, but probably the most advantageous aspect is your location!! Anything and everything is at your disposal because this is the prime spot for your needs!

Very accommodating staff at check in. Room was quiet, spacious and clean. Parking lot can accommodate large vehicles and has an abundance of spaces. The dining options in the area offer a wide variety of cuisine. Easy on/off of I-75.

Great service with a couple bad apples.

The room was nice, and we ended up extending our stay. Upon our request, we moved to a different room due to the last-minute extension. The second room was similar to the first, except the television wasn’t working. We returned to the room late and, when we called the front desk, the night staff made us feel like we were “the problem and a major inconvenience.” Consequently, we didn’t watch TV that night to relax. Our room was on the second floor, and when we stepped off the elevator, there was a distinct smell of wet dog. Additionally, the pool was unsanitary. Fortunately, aside from these issues, our overall stay was great.
