Hôtel bien placer à de Deux pas de La Défense , de nombreux magasins aux alentours Piscine niquel dans l hôtel Chambre correct

Bad service, worse pool

*pool opening hours not honored (says from 07.00-21.00) but opened at 10.00. We asked around 08.00 for a morning dive and they were not eager to help. (just opening 1 door). They said well.. then I'll open at 09.00. However once in the pool, a lot of tiles are lose. I did not noticed it immediately untill I cut my knee open. Then I saw there were a lot of tiles lose even on the swimming pool floor. The changing rooms of the swimming pool are actually toilets and are VERY very bad maintained. Good point: as the pool is so bad maintained... no one is using it.. so you do have plenty of space... however it does not feel really clean but is refreshing *service: Not recommended. We stayed for 2 nights but did not receive new towels (while we left the 1st morning at 07.00 and came back at 15.00 we did not receive it). When asked, they said they would bring. But even the next morning there were none. Then we asked for towels to be used at the swimming pool (as we did not receive any yet), they were not helpfull and even annoyed with providing (they only provided 1pp) *comments The smell in the hotel has an old odour. when in it, you get used to it.. but at first... Ach,.. what can you expect from paris? (furthermore old sanitary) Summary: good location, bad service, worse pool
