A nice stay in Paris

Decor was a bit dark especially in the hallway however room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast was average but worth the 10 euro price tag. Close to main tourist attractions and a couple of nice restaurants. Staff were also friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Brilliant Hotel in a Brilliant Location

The First Hotel Tour Eiffel was excellent from start to finish. The initial communication via email to upgrade our hotel to one with a top floor, Eiffel Tower room was completed efficiently, as was the check-in. Our first impressions of the hotel were very good - the hotel has a very attractive entrance/reception area. Staff spoke very good English and appreciated my broken French. The view was stunning, looking out over the Eiffel Tower - make sure you upgrade, you will not regret it! The rooms are on the small side, but what can you expect from Paris! Room was serviced perfectly each morning and the bathroom freshly stocked with L'occitane en Provence products - a very nice touch. Rooms excellently soundproofed considering a metro station was on the doorstep. Wifi useable - nothing amazing but you aren't in Paris to sit on the internet! Highly recommended! Would definitely visit again!

Great romantic weekend break!

We stayed for one night, the reception staff were absolutely fantastic! They gave us a map of Paris with instructions on how to navigate the metro around the city, popular destinations and tips on where to go! The room however, When booking I upgraded to a luxury suite, and the room when I arrived did not look like a luxury suite. It was very small, and we could not see the Eiffel Tower. Overall I was extremely pleased with the staff, their professionalism and attentiveness were faultless, however the size of the luxury suite room let it down. A great trip

The First Hotel was great.The room was lovely, just the right size for two and it was clean and stylish.The staff were friendly and helpful.We had a good view of the Eiffel Tower from our room.However there were no coffee making facilities in the room which was disappointing.We did not have breakfast in the hotel but the breakfast area looked nice. The hotel is right beside Cambronne Metro, so handy into Paris to see all the sights, Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triumph, Louvre etc.I would highly recommend this hotel. Loads of little restaurants nearby to eat in also.

Romantic getaway

Absolutely everything about the hotel we loved, it's only downfall was that it did not have double glazing and the night before our early morning flight they were doing work on the tube outside our window and it kept us awake with drilling until after 2am but I would absolutely stay again just not on that floor.

Loved this hotel

Location is very good- 19 min walking to the Eiffel tower (I could see it from my window) and the metro station is right across the street and you can go anywhere with it. There was a nice bar next door and restaurants around the corner. And the area is very safe. The rooms are very small but also very nicely designed and very clean. The staff are very nice and extremely helpful, they gave us tips, directions and useful info each time we asked and always with a smile. I am defently recommand this hotel to my friends and family...

Excellent

Stayed here for just one night in Paris. Rooms were perfect - nice size and extremely clean. Staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful. We arrived at 10 am with a check in time of 3pm in hope to drop our bags and were checked in immediately. This was very handy for us. Breakfast was ok- not amazing but for the price we paid was good value. Hotel was in an excellent location, just opposite a metro station which was a few minutes ride away from the main attractions. Hotel held our bags for us after we checked out so we were able to continue with our sight seeing. Would definitely stay there again if we were to return to Paris and was completely perfect.
