4 Nächte Familienzimmer 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder

Leider wurden wir sehr enttäuscht. Auf der Wibseite des Hotel sah alles vielversprechender aus. Wir haben ein Familienzimmer gebucht mit zwei Doppelbetten und Frühstück. Als wir im Hotel ankamen wurde uns zunächst gesagt dass das Frühstück nur für die Erwachsenen sei um die Kinder separat zahlen müssen. Trotz unserer Beschwerde mussten wir 9 Euro pro Kind und Nacht drauf zahlen. Als ob das nicht genug wäre wurde auch noch darauf hingewiesen dass wenn wir neue Handtücher wünschen auch das Kostenpflichtig sei! Im Zimmer angekommen mussten wir feststellen dass es EIN Doppelbett und ein SCHLAFSOFA gibt welches nicht mal vorbereitet war, dass mussten wir dann auch noch selber beziehen! Auf unsere erneute Beschwerde und aufzeigen der Buchungsbestätigung mit 2 Doppelbetten bekamen wir als Antwort: so ein Zimmer haben wir gar nicht! Und der Gipfel: in 4 Tagen Aufenthalt wurde weder einmal gereinigt noch die Betten gemacht! Dass WC und die Dusche waren separate Räume warum auch immer? Viel Geld für NULL Service! Das Frühstück war zudem ebenfalls sehr enttäuschend! Im Zimmer gab es nicht mal ein Fenster dass wir öffnen konnten. Die Lage ist auch nicht perfekt- das war uns aber bewusst! Metro Stationen in 600, 850 und 950 Metern! Alles in allem empfehle ich das Hotel nicht für Familien!

Für Stadtbesichtigung etwas weit weg (45 Min) Gutes, einfaches Frühstücksbuffet. Ruhige Zimmer obwohl es an der Schnellstrasse liegt.

war ok

Hotel sehr schön aber an der Sauberkeit muss noch gearbeitet werden. Bettlacken hatte gelbe Flecken, das Badezimmer lies ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig.

Peut mieux faire

Points positifs : - Hôtel "design" et propre. - Le personnel est charmant et serviable. On nous a offert notre premier petit-déjeuner car TV et téléphone ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre et on nous a changé de chambre sans problème car la douche ne fonctionnait pas bien. Points négatifs : - La chaleur dans les chambres est insupportable (séjour en novembre), impossible de baisser la température. De plus, les chambres qui donnent à l'arrière du bâtiment n'ont pas de fenêtre qui s'ouvre donc pas possible d'aérer et d'avoir de l'air frais. - La douche a souvent des variations de température et/ou de pression. Dans notre première chambre, la douche était simplement inutilisable ; dans la seconde chambre qu'on nous a proposé, c'était bien mieux mais pas impeccable non plus. - D'autres étrangetés (de bien moindre importance) : le rideau devant la fenêtre qu'on ne peut pas correctement fermer car il descend jusqu'au sol et un bureau est vissé au mur juste sous la fenêtre ; le point de contrôle de l'aération est fixé à moitié derrière l'écran de la TV... - Le petit-déjeuner, que nous n'avions pas inclus dans notre réservation, est bien trop cher (18 euros). Il est bon et "à volonté" mais ne vaut pas cette somme.

Hotel bien situé pour transports en commun

Si on est claustrophobe, éviter les chambres côté périphérique car les fenêtres sont bloquées. Impossible de régler le chauffage, chaleur étouffante. Salle de bain très esthétique mais pas pratique ! Pommeau de douche déréglé. On passe du chaud au froid au risque de se brûler. Baignoire à "escalader", il faut de l'entraînement pour entrer et sortir. Tout ça est chic mais pas pratique....et un peu cher

Hotel idéal les sjours professionnels et familiaux

À 500 m des rues commerçantes et du métro l'hôtel est bien situé. L'équipement des chambres permet de se retrouver au calme pour une pause déjeuner ou dîner. La taille de la chambre et son confort en font un Ilôt idéal pour les déplacements professionnels ou familiaux.

Moderne Unterkünften in der Stadt

Es ist nun mal kein Hotel , sondern moderne Unterkünften / Suites in der Stadt . Ich habe dort mit meine Familie 4 Nächte verbracht und in 4 Tagen wurde nicht einmal das Zimmer geputzt , nicht mal Müll rausgebracht .Das Frühstück ( 18 € pro Person) war misserabel, es war ja kaum was zu bitten, täglich nur das gleiche, für den Preis war das sehr enttäuschend. Und es gab kein WLAN . Also gibt es eigentlich nur paar positive Sachen : - geräumige Suites und nettes Personal in Reception - die armen Leute haben nur Beschwerdemanagement durchgeführt . Kurz gesagt - für paar Tage um Stadt zu erkunden ohne Frühstück:-) sind die Suites ausreichend ...

un lieu ou se ressourcer pour un séjour profession

Pros: L'accueil, l'équipement et la qualité de la chambre
Cons: une note explicative sur l'utilisation du matériel ménager :cafetière, plaque de cuisson...
Location: Des restaurant sympas à proximité et la villette avec son auditorium
A l'arrivée un accueil chaleureux, après 1 à 2 minutes de conseils et de formalités il est possible de rejoindre sa chambre.
