We highly recommend this hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was very clean and very comfortable - and good size rooms for a 3 star hotel - and the location is great. Close to the subway and good food and shopping all around. And it’s on a very quiet street. Great for sleeping!

What a fantastic hotel! We had a double and a single (family of three). The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and kind. The hotel was in a safe/quiet, but very convenient location. We were within 5 minutes of a main train station, as well as lots of food options.

The Tour de France was happening the same day as check in and roads were blocked in some cases for miles surrounding the hotel and NO effort was made by the hotel to contact us with an alternate route or to warn us. It took an Uber then a taxi and the kind people at Hotel Bassano to help us find a solution. Also the mini fridge was blinking because of some electrical problems and they couldn’t understand English to fix it even after we showed them a video of the problem. Front desk staff were inadequate for English speaking guests.

We had a one night stay in the family room with our two children. The room was perfectly serviceable, clean and tidy. The staff was very welcoming , we arrived before check-in so they stored our bags and we were able to go sightseeing until it was ready. The room was clean and tidy. The AC was nice a cool, and the bathroom was clean with plenty of towels for us all. The WiFi was strong - we had 2 iPads and phones going so we were able to plan our trips. The snacks/pastries were available in the lobby - nice touch but there are so many good food options nearby so not needed by us! Overall - super, basic, clean and great location. Great for short trips!

We brought our granddaughter for her high school graduation trip and the hotel was located in a perfect spot. Close to train station, great food and shopping! A little small but we were only there to sleep at night. Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved it!

Property was in a great location for tourists. The elevator is small and fits one person + one suitcase. Sometimes had to ask them to change the linen in the bedding. Friendly staff and are always willing to help. The hotel, staff, and surrounding area felt safe.

Location location

Great location walking distance from Arc de Triomphe, Champ Elysee and metro station. Service was excellent. Yustri was very helpful, very courteous and friendly. Highly recommended.
