Overall it was a good stay but it easily could have gone downhill. First of all, THERE ARE NO EIFFEL TOWER VIEWS. Do not choose this place based on those pictures. The balcony room I selected on this website features photos where you can see it...you can't. I viewed balcony rooms on 2nd and 5th floors and you can't see it. Second, our original "nonsmoking" balcony room absolutely REEKED of cigarettes when we got in. It was nauseating. I don't know how successful the fumigation attempts were going to be - that's how bad it was. We were able to get an upgraded room that didn't stink (no balcony, but with the lack of Eiffel Tower view, it didn't matter anyway) but I would not have accepted anything less, so thank goodness something else was available. I will say the staff was great and accommodating, the hotel is clean and pretty and charming. It was quiet at night (we were not facing the street, but it is a low driving area and not much nightlife around). Location is really great - only 1.5 blocks from Chatelet metro, which is massive but can get just about anywhere very easy, and less than 15 minutes walk to Notre Dame, Saint Chappelle and the Louvre. Overall I'd stay again as long as it didn't smell like cigarettes!

Hotel is very clean. Staff was really nice. They helped us with our delayed baggage. The view from the room is very nice. The only thing is that if you get a room with the balcony facing the street it is very loud at night. You can hear everything but besides that it is very convenient due to how close it is to the shopping centers.

Great boutique hotel in a fantastic part of Paris. Staff were very friendly, the breakfast in the morning was a great fuel up before heading out, and the room was comfy! Also, there’s a subway stop literally steps away, so the connectivity is also fantastic. The only downside was that the room was not very soundproof at all, so it made it difficult to sleep a few nights. Overall would very much recommend, just bring some earplugs!

Although the hotel aesthetic looks beautiful on the pictures. The rooms are extremely small even considering Paris standards. You do not feel any privacy. You can hear the guest in the next room constantly overall it’s very noisy.

Quite a gem in a great location

What a beautiful historic building in a very safe beautiful area of Paris My room was small but exactly as seen in photos. The staff was lovely and helpful, especially the lady who makes the breakfast just like home. The desk staff was so helpful and kind, and always someone there to help
