Cozy Stay/Proposals to improve Breakfast

We had a short but a great stay. Room was cozy and comfortable . We have checked out after breakfast . While I want to confirm it was a good breakfast and it is good value for money (€14/ person) , it was disappointing that the famous Parisian Hot Chocolate was not available as my 13 year old daughter was looking forward to that experience . The front desk confirmed it is part of the breakfast but the stewardess at the buffet area said there is no hot chocolate. I suggest Hot Chocolate to be added for those who wish to have it as part of the buffet for future . I would definitely recommend your hotel and will return . Thank you for everything !

Great hotel close to Metro, Seine and Notre Dame

Fantastic experience - friendly, helpful staff. Great location, 2 mins from Metro (direct line from Gare de Nord) and River Seine - 10 min walk from Notre Dame. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby but in a quiet avenue. Enjoyed breakfast on our balcony as well as in Dining Room. Thoroughly recommend staying here.

The hotel is in a great location central to Le Merais, Ile de la Citie, the Latin Quarter and just one block from the Seine so you can walk to everything. Our room was small and bathroom was pretty tight with poor water pressure. However staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great location, we just used it as a base so were only there to sleep. Everything was fine, the hotel decor was quite tired. I think that may be part of the charm, but at the same time, the curtains over the window were ripped and the blinds didn't run up and down smoothly. The hairdryer was also broken which i notified reception about on departure. It was clean and convenient so suited us.

We stayed at the Hotel Britannique from July 11 to 13. It was great. The location is excellent, close to landmarks and with metro access just 40 meters away on the same street. We needed an early check-in, and the gentleman at the front desk accommodated us. This sets the tone. The service was great. Breakfast at the hotel was very good. The staff provided us with ice and water for our outings. The room was cleaned and the bathroom updated. Etc, etc. This was a great experience, and my wife and I want to come back to Hotel Britannique the next time we visit Paris.

The Hotel Britannique is wonderfully located close to the Louvre and Notre Dame. Furthermore, the reception staff are multilingual and very helpful. We had a minor issue with the housekeeping staff forgetting pillowcases and not picking up clothing that they had dropped on the floor. Overall, a great hotel in a wonderful location.

Great location, short walk to Notre Dame. Front desk very helpful. Room was small but adequate in every way. Bathroom was very small but immaculate. Stepping into the bathtub might be difficult for someone with a disability or balance issues. The elevator is tiny, but we managed just fine.

We loved our stay at the Britannique Hotel! The staff was warm and welcoming, even encouraging my halting attempts at speaking French. We especially appreciated being allowed to check in hours early, as we arrived tired after a lengthy redeye. The room was cozy but extremely comfortable, the hotel decor was tasteful, and breakfast was delicious (buffet style with all the French trimmings). Best of all, the location is without equal, offering short walks to the Seine and myriad local shops and cafes.
