Thank you for your review and glad you enjoyed the comfort and design of your room, our staff and the location of the hotel. We always try to respect the bedding preference of our clients but it is sometimes difficult when the hotel is full and I apologize if you didn’t get a double bed. For your information the coffee/tea machine in the bar area is free for our guests. Control of the keys is for us the best safety system to know who is present in the hotel or not. We have never lost one key and receptionists have to ask the name of a guest they don’t recognize before giving the key. KR
