Generally, an excellent hotel. Clean warm and comfortable rooms. Breakfast a little underwhelming and tucked away, meaning that it felt like something the hotel had to provide rather than wanted to. Great location in 1er arrondissement

Great staff, very helpful on directions, etc. Only downside, was internet speed was terrible (at least in room 105) Measured at 1.9 Mg./sec. Staff said it varied per room and I was at end of a hall. If you have to do work well, check in advance. Location is great. Breakfast is good.

From the moment we walked into the hotel I was so pleasantly pleased! The staff was incredibly helpful and nice. The room was well appointed…although small by US standards… it was very lovely. The location was great. Just a block to the Tuileries and Louvre and the metro. I would definitely stay here again.

This property location is good. The Hotel front desk staff did not inform us at check-in that breakfast would be an additional charge. Additionally, the dining room staff did not inform us about the cost of the breakfast. We were surprised with an additional 158 euro at checkout. Upon reaching home. I received an email from the hotel that they charged my credit an additional 19.50 euro for mini bar charges that we fid not consume. This email was accusatory and unprofessional. Further, the room was very small and did noy match the picture on the site when I made the reservation. I will not be staying at this hotel again and I will not recommend it to my family and friends when they travel to paris.in the future.
