Hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! Located on a quiet street just off Avenue de l'Opera with its many ships and cafes, and just a few blocks walk from the Louvre. Room was very clean quiet and comfortable. 5 stars all around!

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Prior to arrival they sent details of local eating places and the two we chose were excellent and very nearby. We unexpectedly got a room upgrade and the complimentary soft drinks and chocolates were much appreciated.

Great location near Louvre. Great staff, friendly, professional, we can put our luggage for a whole day when we were out for theater, museum and events. Also there are several good bistro and restaurant opens till late night. The only thing is the building is old and room is not big, but it's understandable since this is Paris!

Very warm and helpful reception, even soliciting us for our needs prior to our stay. Rooms were nice size for Paris, beds firm but comfortable, tub and shower very nice. Breakfast was fine. Very quiet street even with window open at night. They went out of their way to make us comfortable.
