Great location with very friendly and supportive staff. My only issue has been the constant noise you could hear from the plumbing system as people use the sinks and toilets which was annoying especially while asleep.

Sonia greeted us very enthusiastically which really help set the mood for the beginning of our Christmas holiday. Everyone at the hotel was very nice and helpful and help make our stay very memorable. The location was great. Within walking distance to lots of eateries, metro, shopping and attractions. A perfect place to stay STAFF The staff are all lovely and concerned and wish for their guests to feel at home. ACCOMMODATIONS We were upgraded to an executive suite which was absolutely superb. The temperature in the hotel itself was perfect. The bed was a king and comfortable. If there was a smart TV it would be extra wonderful BREAKFAST The breakfast which we had included with our stay was delicious. Each day we had breakfast. and did not have another meal until dinner because breakfast was so delicious and perfect for a fully energized day. LOCATION Excellent. Very safe very convenient. Excellent staff in an older hotel. Very walkable to the Louvre, Metro, shopping and many excellent restaurants. Lobby and carpets could use a spruce up. Rooms a good size. Did not use restaurant or bar as we wanted to try the excellent restaurants nearby.

Awesome stay. First of all, location is super convenient to a lot of places Paris has to offer within walking distance. We had a beautiful spacious room with all the modern amenities, comfortable bed, large bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower, all the toiletries eco-friendly. Breakfast was plentiful with a variety of dishes hot and cold, good coffees and teas, excellent pastries. There is a happy hour at the lounge every day. Excellent service, professional and friendly hospitality from everyone on premises including complimentary umbrellas by the front desk. If you are planning to visit Paris this is the place to stay for location, professionalism and friendliness, excellent quality if services offered including rooms and breakfast.

This was our 2nd stay. In 2015 we spent our honeymoon here. Loved the location, unique rooms and especially the staff. They remembered us! Upgrades us to the penthouse suite with a view of the Eiffel Tower and moved the couple we travelled with to the room next door. Breakfast was great, lobby area beautifully appponted. All guests treated so well. In the 1st arrondissement, close to great restaurants shopping and the seine. Cant wait to return!

Location brilliant , bed and bathroom as expected however sloping roof with blinds covered by hanging see through drapes meant light came through at night and drapes encroached on our space which was dissapointing. Also no tea or coffee facility in room.

On the upside, the staff was very nice and the location was good. We were hoping for the modern upscale vibe the website described when we booked this hotel. When we arrived, however, the lobby was exceptionallly small and dark and reeked of an off scented potpourri. The hallways were very narrow and completely dark until motion detector lights sensed our presence. Our room was also a disappointment. We paid for an upgraded room with a “city view” but what we were given was an attic room with slanted ceilings and 3 dirty skylights - there were no windows that we could see outside of. The “luxury” bathroom was crowded and also had the slanted ceilings and you needed to step up into the shower which had mold on the grout and was the size of a phone booth. Also, not worth selecting the option with breakfast included as there are much better options outside the door. Thankfully, the second leg of our trip included a beautiful hotel in London.
