I was checked in by Illona. I did not realize till I got to my room that she failed to return my passport. I went downstairs to ask for it and she couldn't find it. The bellhop was actually the one that found it and returned it to me. I told Illona that she should have called me when she realized she didn't return it, to which she reponded by laughing. I really don't think it's a laughing matter for someone to lose their passport. It was extremely RUDE of her to react in that manner. My interactions with the bellhop were very pleasant and he apologized for the mishap.

The location is good but for a 4 star hotel it’s old and has really dirty carpet , looks more like a 2-3 star hotel based on the condition , and breakfast buffet is basic , but egg dishes are additional charge and need to be ordered

Amazing views and very clean!!

The service from the time you walk through the doors to the time you check out is amazing. The hotel is clean and in excellent shape. The suite had an amazing view and so much room. Will definitely stay here anytime we are in Paris!
