Toilet broke on Thanksgiving and we had to stay in room. Iwas told the next day the room would be comped. When the day arrived for free room i was handed a letter from the manager to vacate premises because my family was rude.

I cannot really review the breakfast because I just left and got breakfast somewhere else. The room wasn’t horrible but the microwave was gross and rusty as you opened the microwave door. It had the white paint chipping off and the rust was horrible. The bathroom door was swollen so it couldn’t close all the way. At night there were kids screaming playing in the halls after 11PM and a dog barking from another room throughout the night.

I found a roach on-the-wall as soon as i turned on the lights! And also found a couple of lady bugs on the floor! Absolutely unacceptable! Please hire a Pest Control company! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!

Front desk attendant was adequately polite and friendly…However the facility was terrible. The front desk and “lobby” felt like entering a prison. The common hallways were filthy and carpets were stained and covered in debris. The guest room was dingy and smelly. There was loose debris on the floors and the bed linens and towels were dingy, cheap, and smelled old. I felt unsafe and unclean and would never ever consider this place for a future stay.
