The Hotel was in a great location, very central and near the train station, most trams passed by the Hotel heading in all directions to sights etc.

Fantastic location and staff

Pros: Location and customer service also service/food in Royal bar
Cons: Remember there is a 50 euro deposit per night (I had not read our third party booking properly)
Location: location was right at Dam Square. can reach everything from here. plenty sight seeing and shopping opportunities.
Excellent hotel. staff very obliging. food in The Royal 98 café bar was fantastic and staff customer service impeccable. would highly recommend.
