Quite a good hotel, and would recommend. But...there was an Indian tour group on one wekend, mainly guys who were quite a nuisance...Not ideal for a supposedly family orientated hotel!

Good Hotel - some things could be improved

I like this Hotel and have been there 5-6 times. It’s a good hotel. But they have some lacks - their internet is unstable, get if fixed)) and they need to reinvest in an roomservice app - there are to many order mistakes. But in general at good hotel 🌹

Safe and quite walkable to a big shopping mall . what I liked is the property has a side entrance to beach road if you want to avoid the lobby and the long walk .away from the noise but so close to get to about anything and anywhere.

The value for the money was not there for me! Plug in that didn’t work, room checked into was not the room booked and when asked to be move to what I paid for there was no offer to fix the problem at all. There was an event booked that limited some amenities…no prior warning, was only told about it after the check in. Very nice lobby, breakfast buffet was amazing, the rest of the food options were way way overpriced.

We both enjoyed the location and yet very quiet but next time I will stay in a sea view room. Non sea view is actually very depressing being north facing and no sun at all. The gym is wonderful and so as the breakfast. Drinks by the pool is nice. Receptionist is lovely and friendly. Overall wonderful experience.
