This hotel is advertised as having two swimming pools and a restaurant and shows photos of the pools. However,the facts are this hotel itself has neither swimming pools nor a restaurant. They have an agreement with a different hotel across the road which allows Sabai Inn guests to use their facilities hence the photos are deceiving as they are ofTHAT hotel and not the Sabai Inn although the pohotos of inside the hotel are accurate.Sabai Inn is very clean and in good condition but having to use a swimming pool and restaurant of a different hotel is Not convenient at all.

The only complaint is that in order to get the room cooled with the A/C is to leave the room key in the power source which means when you leave the room the key comes out and the room heats up again

Hotel is located within a short walk from the beach, bars, restaurants and nightlife but is quiet at night. Our room was adequate although a bit dated. It was clean and serviced everyday. Aircon worked well and wasn’t noisy as in other comments. The pools at the sister hotel opposite were clean and inviting. A welcome change from the beach which we found a little smelly. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but the menu looked good and reasonably priced.

Front desk staff not accommodating, would not supply two keys. My wife was sick and needed to lay down and I was meeting friends. So I had to call her and wake her up to access our room. The key ring was welded together so could not remove key to leave the aircon on or battery for drone/camera/ power banks charging if you go out for short time. Very rude and stingy staff and hotel. Breakfast and pool were across the road. The place is fraudulently advertised as it does not have pool or breakfast facilities in the hotel.

The hotel was good enough but it is nothing like advertised!!! Pictures are of the hotel across the road. Supposed to be a 4* but id say its a 3*at best. A shame because the other hotels connected to it are really nice. Just felt a bit deceptive.
