Worst room location, next to the stairs and staff area room. You could hear the staff in there. The water view room was put off by being at roof level and seeing all the pipes and pigeon poop on everything.

I've stayed here several times. Excellent location. Stayed in the older side this time. The bar was a bit noisy, but I did sleep with the sliding door open. Wasn't prepared for the $21 parking fee. I'm sure it was there in the past, but I don't remember. The girl at reception was amazing, I should have gotten her name. She needs a raise:)

Loved our stay! We brought our bikes and rode the KVR trail and stopped at some wineries. Hotel was close to the trail and beach was beautiful. Staff were also wonderful!

Enjoyable!

Stayed in the west building this time. Room and bed were comfortable, and very quiet. View of the lake was good. There’s a number of restaurants and shopping in walking distance. Everything else is only a short drive.

A nice property with a great view of the lake. Dining options were excellent with wonderful staff! That said, as a former Vancouver high end hotel concierge, this property needs some room updating. Lobby has already been updated and very nice, but our room was quite "tired" looking, as well as the deck.

Needs an update

We got a super outdated room, it felt dingy, loud ac, don’t even think there was a tea fan in the bathroom. There was also a mix up at check in with giving me someone else’s room. But staff were friendly and the view was lovely. Not sure I’d come here again.
