Noise seems to travel too easily. Bathroom shower head has been poorly positioned, so water leaks out of the shower. Beds are very comfortable.

Oh the hotel is great and staff so helpful. 5 stars for that. Service from corporate is my issue.I pay for stay on arrival. Then $100 security taken from card for each night you are there. Few things * not told this would occur * $100 per night / have had say $100 per visit does before * this is returned in hopefully 3 business days? I paid for my stay straight away , I expect my deposit back straight away. Extortion is what it is. Business arrangement I pay what i owe and you return my funds.

Breakfast was used to have fried rice, porridge and more options. But at that time the options were limited :( I came back for food. A lil bit disappointed. The shampoo in the bathroom “mango thai lime” made my hair fuzzy. Pls change to your previous shampoo I forgot the name of it but it has luxury brand name on it.

That was no one at the reception area when we arrived .. we waited for a long time before a staff walked passed and we asked him for help to find the receptionist .. how can a 5 star hotel has no Recep / bell boy / concierge around at all.

Pan Pacific excellent hotel.

Stayed at the Pan Pacific for two nights last week on business. The hotel is newly renovated, the rooms are comfortable, clean and lots of natural light. I stayed in a corner unit and the only comment I would make is that there is no work desk. The bathroom is stunning with an area to store your suit case which I loved. The stand out is the staff at this hotel. The internet wouldn't connect and the front desk staff sorted it our quickly and were extremely helpful. Food was good in the restaurants, lots of places to relax in the foyer. Overall an excellent hotel.

Service team were great, apart from not getting told they had added buffet breakfast for 2 for all 4 nights, when only asking for 1. Added an extra $230 to my stay. Also, felt we should have been informed on the upgrades/ works being done during our stay. No long sleep ins as there was drilling and banging in rooms on our floor.
