The front desk staff member on 3/17/25 was extremely helpful with information about the amenities and the shuttle. The maintenance staff who checked/explaiined the heat was prompt, well-spoken, and easy to understand.

Food could have been better. There were several maintenance issues in the room that need to be addressed. I reported this to the front desk clerk at checkout however, he didn't write them down or seem to record them so I suspect that they're not going to get repaired.

WARNING: This hotel charges $24.50 a night for parking!!! Had I known, I would have left my car in the storage garage for one more night upon my return to 'greed run amok' USA (totally regret staying at this hotel due to them hiding this important fact in tiny print). Hope this review prevents others from getting ripped off.
