The hotel set up is fine. Breakfast was up to par - standard, clean, fruit was good quality. Elevators and hallways were in need of cleaning. Wallpaper was seen peeling. The room door was UNGODLY squeaky and loud. The mattress was uncomfortable. Room's heating and cooling worked well. Bathroom fixtures needed upgraded/fixed up. I made the mistake of standing barefoot on the carpet in our hotel roomand you could literally FEEL how dirty it was. Service was great. They were very accomodating for an overnight checkin and late checkout.

There was no hot water for the shower. The front desk told me to tell you to contact them to work out some sort of partial refund as it’s been an ongoing issue for a few days now. Please contact them so I can get a partial refund. Thank you!

Everyone in this hotel were very hispitable,nice and helpful. BIG BIG BIG shoutout to Anthony and his cleaning crew ,this hotel is one of if not the cleanest hotels i have ever stepped in. The Hampton Inn in Willow Grove is our go to hotel in Philadelphia. The staff is extremely polite and friendly, the breakfast is generous, and the room is quiet and immaculate.
