I stayed at this hotel recently, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing due to a maintenance issue that was handled very poorly. The shower only had cold water, and we reported this to the front desk early in the morning. The maintenance team didn’t come until after 10 a.m by which time we were getting ready to check out. They were unable to fix the issue, and after another 30-minute wait, we were offered a late check-out and the option to move to another room to use the shower. However, by that point, we had to leave for our next engagement. To make matters worse, the maintenance team mentioned that the front desk would offer some compensation points, but when we informed the front desk, there was no apology or acknowledgment. We were simply told to contact Hotels.com instead. Overall, the issue was handled with no sense of urgency, no accountability, and no courtesy. A simple apology would have gone a long way, but instead, we left feeling frustrated and undervalued as guests.

We frequently stay at your esteemed brand. In fact, tonight is our 3rd night of an ongoing trip. Yesterday’s two night stay in North Carolina was completely satisfying. I’m sorry, Manager Brian Malloy should be ashamed of himself. Without meaning to sound dramatic just walking down the halls of this alleged 2 years ago renovated site makes is creepy. Hall carpeting is extremely tired and worn out. Elevators are similarly in desperate need of attention. Laminate sheets peeling around the edges in each elevator. If I hadn’t towed my large boat trailer up here from North Carolina and not been as exhausted - I would have not checked in. What made this experience even worse was the fact that Kate (at the front desk) was indifferent to say the least and blamed the system for booking us into a double bedded suite when we committed to a king sized room. Please feel free to contact me and I will provide addition facts justifying my reaction and negative experience. No baths available for traveling wives to relax? I don’t get this place at all. Finally, the lack of security is downright scary … people enter the building after 9pm without any one at the front counter to screen them? Wow. Sorry, this location and substandard service is tarnishing your brand. Please give this location a meaningful makeover or shut it down.

The internet connection at this location is lousy. Keeps disconnecting. Had to try reconnecting every 5 minutes at this hotel. When the auto text bot asked about my stay and I mentioned the lousy connection the only response is telling. E how to connect. Not helpful if I’m already connected
