No hot shower. The temperature was either freezing cold or cool. I replied to Kaitlyn,the hotel bot, which indicated that they “did have someone looking into the issue.” (If that were the case why was there no communication?) The bot asked if we wanted to switch rooms. I was exhausted after a long day of driving, and we were only there one night so I didn’t go through the trouble. Upon check in , I asked to delay our checkout by one hour. The reception desk was very accommodating. I put the do not disturb sign on the door. Unfortunately, at the regular checkout time, housekeeping came knocking on the door to ask when we were leaving! I was not impressed by the lack of communication.

We had a nice stay, but there were other issues that need addressing. The door to our closet wouldn’t stay closed. The backing on our desk was lose. Most of all, there was a huge crack in our shower wall. You could tell that they tried to repair it, but it was just a cosmetic touch up.

No hot water in shower, in the first room assigned to me on the fifth floor. Hallway and bedroom carpeting were old, and need replacing. The front desk staff acknowledged that some guests had reported issues on multiple floors. He moved me to another room.

The room was great. The place was clean and welcoming. The television in my room had a welcome sign with my name( that’s was cute). Breakfast was nice because they had the set up where you could make yourself a waffle. Red velvet and vanilla waffles and the regular breakfast items. The staff was friendly and available if I needed anything. I will defiantly visit again

Nothing super fancy but clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, friendly staff, good breakfast, great weight selection at the gym, great location with lots of good restaurant choices and close to Philly without being right in the big city. It is close to railroad tracks which was very loud at times, but infrequent.
