Fantastic staff and food. Really easy to get to from the airport just get the number 22 bus! A fantastic location to explore old Riga and really close to the Central Market too. Quiet considering it was near the main road and and overall brilliant stay.

Great stay here. Only thing they could make better was having someone in the spa to keep control over the kids. Not sure why kids were allowed in there anyway but they were making a lot of noise and splashing around while people were trying to relax. otherwise it was a great stay!

Perfect location! Has tram and bus stops nearby. The central market is within walking distance and so is the Latvia National Library whic is just across the river. And everything in the old town is walkable. The view of the river was amazing! Best view not just at sunset, but also at night and in the morning. The room size was adequate and it was spotless. The breakfast spread was great. They even have sparkling wine at breakfast! All the staff, from the reception area, to the spa

Hotel was in a great location, we stayed in the other building but was still nice and only couple seconds of walk between both for breakfast. Only thing is to be aware you have to pre book your use of the spa and it’s a €20 pp charge. Which I didn’t know before I booked this location. But was worth the €20 but I would have liked to use it every day we stayed. Close to the old town and trams and buses

Overall good. All SPA services are chargeable, Good location. I left my earbuds in the room which were found. The hotel will not send them to me by tracked post ( at my cost) as their policy is for me to arrange a courier pick up for delivery to the UK which is not cost effective- very disappointed that they cannot be more helpful.
