Staff at the front desk was not very friendly at all. But all of the cleaning staff and wait staff at the breakfast buffet made up for it. I have to keep a gluten free diet and the youngest female staff at the breakfast buffet happened to overhear me. She immediately offered a gluten free muffin and toast! It was so sweet and the food was great

Overall, a good experience. Accommodations were as expected. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our key/door upon check-in, and the staff was attentive and got us in ASAP. The room was clean, although we had some stains on one of our pillowcases that looked like blood, which probably should not have made its way back into a room. Nothing major! Had a quick drink at the onsite bar, good service there as well.

Staff watching my family as we were waiting to be let in, but did nothing - didn’t answer phone, either. Front desk attitude was horrible. Didn't know where parking was. 3 towels for family of 5. No pillows, sheet or blanket for one of the beds. Made us go down to the desk to get it & still no pillows. No apology or anything. Ac unit was incredibly loud - rattled terribly. Shower had weak pressure.
