The staff was great but when we checked in our room door was open there were no sheets on the bed the pillows were all in the chair. Then when me and my fiance went to complain they gave us another room which was literally the room right across from our first one. That room too the door was open and there were no covers on the bed either but the pillows were on the bed. So we went to complain to the manager she said she will try and give us a discount or at least a refund I'm not 100% sure if she did or not because I don't know if it went through. She was understanding though which was good and the receptionists were very helpful.

Breakfast was predictable but fine. Nothing to write home about, but solid. I'd stay here again. Parking was tight, but available and more-or-less reasonable for city parking, especially center city. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Staff members were very nice. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful. Within walking distance to places we wanted to go. Only mild criticism to say that is the front desk person needs to speak up when there is a lot going on around.

The walls of the rooms are so paper thin you can literally hear your neighbours conversations and every word they say. I asked to move a room so thru accommodated. They then put a known to them regular right next door to me who had a party and boom box. I asked to move again and they moved me to a different room but when my child and I went to that new room we realized it was dirty. Both beds were messed and used cups were on counters and the tub had a pile of used towels. I do not feel the main staff who “helped” me to we being genuine. In fact, it felt like he was messing with me. Expedia had to advocate on my behalf to get a refund for the reminder of my stay since after being moved to a dirty room I needed to move hotels. I’ll never stay at this hotel again. The new hotel had sympathy for my child and I and gave us complimentary breakfast and appetizers for the duration of our stay.
