Love this hotel. Close to rittenhouse and walkable from the train. Great room design and super comfortable bed and seating. Large shower with dual shower heads made it easy to bath our toddler. Had the breakfast this time and it was great. Esp worth it if you can get the room/dining combo.

We loved the location of this hotel and staff were so friendly! We ate in the hotel and had a delicious Reuben sandwich that I would definitely get again! Close to the airport and Wells Fargo.

My son and I stayed for 3 nights as we came in from out of town for the MJ Broadway Musical. The hotel is located in the heart of downtown Philadelphia so you will be close to everything. Very walkable area!!! The online check-in and check-out was seamless. The hotel room was clean, very spacious and had an awesome view of downtown Philly! We booked the High Floor Double Queen Room!!! Loved it!!! It had a very modern feel to it. The breakfast was sooo good with so many options. Very hot and fresh. The waiters were very friendly and accomadating. The front desk staff were super friendly and attentive to our needs. I loved that you can text the front desk with any questions or requests you may have. We will be visting Philly again really soon and will be definitely booking again ith the Hyatt!! My only complaints: When we arrived there were a few food stains on the desk area of our room. I had a few sanitary wipes, so I cleaned it up, but something to make the cleaning staff aware of. Parking is expensive at the Hyatt!! So we parked at an in and out garage (Broad & Vine) less than 10 mins up the street for half the price. Also, there was a small mishap with my breakfast bill. Breakfast was included with our stays. The front desk took care of the issue right away, however, I would still advise for guests to take a picture of your dining receipts. These were small mishaps, but not enough for me to not book with them again. My family will definitely be back!! Very soon!!!!
