This is not a second stay hotel. I read the reviews before booking. They were not accurate. I did not receive the room I book. The breakfast was lousy. Had to ask for and go get my own towels. No one available to bring them to my room. Wood in room was rotted. Place was dusty. Garbage in room from prior people. One of the elevators out of service. Ice machine on floor broken. Nothing good at all to say about this stay.

Disappointing and Uncomfortable Stay

I originally booked three nights but checked out after just one. This property is old, minimally updated, and simply not clean enough for my standards. The towels and washcloths were paper-thin and scratchy—clearly well past their prime. The bathroom faucet was so worn that it barely functioned properly. The location was another issue. I didn’t feel safe at the hotel or in the surrounding area, and despite what the listing suggests, it’s not close to the King of Prussia Mall. Overall, this felt like a substandard hotel trying to pass itself off as an upscale resort. I’m also disappointed with Hotels.com for the overly positive hype. I ended up booking a different hotel directly through that property’s website—and it was a far better experience. Next time, I’ll trust my instincts and book independently from the start.

Location to the mall & major roads was super easy, tucked away in a quiet area. Unfortunate that the bar was not operational, but breakfast was a good spread of eggs, toast, French toast, sausage, potatoes, coffee and yogurt. Our room was very comfortable, nice sheets and a good amount of space. The shower head could have been upgraded and the Google cast device didn’t work so we weren’t able to stream movies and relied on the provided tv channels. This was the biggest drawback.

Check in was quick and easy. Very friendly front desk. The complementary lemon water was nasty. It had a very bad taste, was warm, the water had an off colir to it and the container looked dirty. Im surprised there isn't any cameras in the pool area for safety reasons. Plus there were people in the pool that were not hotel guests. They had shopping bags, a bottle of liquor, when they went in and out the door they put a towel in the door from keep it from shutting/ locking them out. When they left, they got into their cars that were parked in the back parking lot.
