The hotel itself is in an older building so the rates and how they are set up are weird because of the lack of small especially when the room was supposed to be a suite. The service at front desk was slow and non attentive. I had to call multiple times in any to get anything to my room and one time, I just walked to the lobby because housekeeping was no where to be found.

The parking situation is unfortunate but I guess that's the disadvantage of staying in town. It would be nice if more parking options were made available to the guests beyond valet parking. For example, a list of nearby garages. One of the outlets in my room actually pulled away from the wall when I went to unplug something and the usb openings don't work well for charging.

I arrived around 1:30. I was warmly greeted and welcomed. My room was ready. I was given water at the desk and introduced to the property. My room was clean and well stocked with towels, etc. A great experience, I will come back!
