Very localized. Room was really nice with great pricing. Wish they had parking which would’ve made it much better but we made it work. Also, pre room code did not work and there was no on at front desk for a while so had to call service line who couldn’t figure out why code wasn’t working and just gave us a back up and prayed it worked, which it did. Our neighbors had this same issue. But overall stay was great.

Great stay… coming back!!!!

I really enjoyed my stay here. Its location was great. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Building was safe and secure. Only bad thing was the parking. This is true for most places in the downtown area. Be prepared to park in garage.

Glad for so many amenities (dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, kitchen) and although I didn’t need them for this trip, it encourages me to come back when I have a longer stay planned! Room was comfy, a bit noisy at times but grateful for the provided earplugs.

Amazing stay! Loved how homey & similar it felt to my apartment currently. The Queen Studio did not feel small in the slightest. My only gripes were that the shower was a little confusing to figure out turning on & there was a guest definitely smoking in the building, which leaked into the hallway and i could smell in my room. The property did send out an email though restating their strict no smoking policy. Other than that guest being inconsiderate, 10/10 would recommend and definitely stay again!

BAD EXPERIENCE AT SONDER

This hotel is all about NOT doing ONE THING for their customers. The door to the hotel was locked. I rang the bell. I could see the two hotel clerks through the glass about eight feet from me. They looked at me, but would not come to the door. One was talking to a customer. The other was doing NOTHING! I finally knocked on the window and the busy one answered the door. He reluctantly let me in. There is a code in the email with the door code (I wasn't aware of it). They finally checked me in (basically, I answered an email and checked myself in). I went up to my room with the room code from the email (again, no support from the employees). The room code didn't work. I went back down to the lobby and had a new code issued. The original person reluctantly came with me. I got in. I settled in and went to log into their Wi-Fi. Their code used a horrible font so that there was no visible difference between a 1, an L, and an I. I couldn't log in. I tried to call the desk - NO PHONE DOWN THERE. I called the Marriott help desk. After 10 minutes of being on hold, I went downstairs to retrieve the correct password. I left the phone ring. After over 20 minutes of being on hold, a guy from India answered. He couldn't tell me the password. Marriott has done a HORRIBLE JOB with Sonder
