This location made my first visit to philly amazing, and with a 1.5 year old at that.. SN: if you dont want to be bothered by kids running ask for the 4th floor and there wont be any problems

Overall a good stay, room was clean and staff was very friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help. Bed was a little hard and you could hear everything going on outside and in the hallway very loudly. Overall a good stay and will utilize again when in the area!

Our stay was great. The staff was awesome. The lady at the front desk was the sweetest. The room was clean and accommodating for our family. The hotel is at a walking distance to a grocery, pizzeria and Chinese spot.

Stay somewhere else, this place is not for travele

This is a residence hotel. There were people outside drinking in the parking lot. The floors in the room were sticky and there was hair all over the bathroom. The bed and pillows were obviously cheap. We will never stay at one of these again.
