Love the pool

We stayed in an executive suite. The room, on the 14th floor, had a great view of the city. The breakfast buffet was very good. We also enjoyed a very nice room service dinner one night. The pool is awesome. Free laundry machines is a big plus. Hotel was very clean and very modern. Definitely recommend!

Lovely hotel with large rooms, comfy beds and linen. Roof top pool is a bonus. Excellent breakfast and the restaurant at dinner is also very good even though you do pay a premium plus service and VAT. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Only downside for me is that it is about a 15-20mins away from the centre by the riverside. As tuk tuks are so affordable and easily available this didn’t cause any issues.

Five-Star Comfort at an Affordable Price

We really enjoyed our stay at Luxcity. The hotel is comfortable, impeccably clean, and the service is outstanding. The staff is incredibly helpful and goes out of their way to assist guests, making the experience even more special. Fantastic rooftop pool with glass bottom. Totally worth staying in this hotel for the pool alone! The laundry service was very convenient. Food was also delicious. I had a wonderful stay and will be back.

Food diversity could have been better for vegetarians. Room was big, but we had to call for a quick cleaning after we arrived. Also requested toilet paper as it was not repleneshed. High rise building was great w wonderful views and a great view. Staff was nice and attempted to address meal issues.
