The door locked but you could see out and in from the door edge by the knob, cabinet missing a drawer door Dirty and I was scared to go to sleep thinking somebody could easily open the door I will not go back there not sure how Expedia has these low quality properties

The rooms are not clean, when I arrived there was still some food left in the fridge. The rooms are poorly maintained, the cabinets were falling apart, lights burnt out. The bed is nothing more than a 4inch mattress on a cheap stand that was not very stable.

Made reservations online and when I got there they were overbooked. But the still charged me as a No show even though they told Expedia they were at fault and they were refusing to refund my money. Front desk is under staffed

Room as good size for 2 people. Bed was a bit to soft for me and the sofa bed mattress was too thin. Had a leak the last night but they compt us for the night. All in all i would stay there again.

"I booked a stay here knowing it was more affordable than other hotels in the area, but even with the lower price, the condition and cleanliness were far below reasonable expectations. From the moment I walked in, there was a strong odor throughout the lobby and hallways — possibly smoke, though I can’t say for certain. The hallway air conditioning seemed to be working in some areas and not in others, which made the environment feel stuffy and inconsistent. I even noticed a lipstick mark on one of the hallway walls, which raised concerns about how thoroughly the property is being maintained in the line of cleanliness. Once inside the room, things got worse. The floors clearly hadn’t been swept or mopped — there was partially eaten food under the A/C unit, a potato chip under the bed, and random debris on the floor. The bathroom was in poor shape: the tub had rust on the floor, the shower head was coming loose from the wall, and one of the towels placed on the clean rack was visibly stained. The bedding also had visible soil marks, the curtains had small holes, and the curtain rod itself was damaged and not functional. Overall, the room felt unkempt and poorly maintained. Even though the price was lower than nearby options, the condition of the room and common areas made the stay uncomfortable. A more affordable rate shouldn’t come at the cost of basic cleanliness and maintenance. I would not stay here again unless major improvements are made."
