Broken faucet handle, big dirty handprint on the wall, and the smoke alarm was missing just wires were hanging out of the wall in room #108. I even have a picture of it. And we paid twice what we paid at the other Holiday Inn Express. Our earlier stay in Flagstaff was perfect at a Holiday Inn Express and we paid half the price

Expedia had messed up our reservation by guaranteeing us a room type that this particular hotel didn’t even offer, but the hotel worked hard to make it right even though they were unable to meet the terms of the original reservation. We truly appreciated their efforts especially since they were not the ones at fault.
