Awful Hotel, Horrible Staff

This hotel is rundown and old and just dirty. Carpets were stained, bathroom tile cracked and broken. The tub has so much gunk in the pipes that it started filling with water every time you shower, even short showers. The staff were down right rude. We had problems with our keys repeatedly and every person who helped us talked down to us, belittled us and were rude and unprofessional. One lady said it was entertaining that I didn’t understand I was the one who made the key not work. Do not stay here, even the proximity to the Peoria sports complex isn’t worth it! Just go else where.

They wouldn’t let me check in early with out paying a fee. The keys they gave me didn’t work and had to constantly be re keyed. The pull out sofa bed was still dirty with linen from previous guest. It was too late at night I was exhausted and pulled all blankets off the bed to ask them to fix it in the morning. They said they need 24 notice for house cleaning. I said no, you never fully cleaned the room to begin with. Instead of them making my room first on the list they did mine very late in the day around 4 pm and all I asked was for them to switch the linen. Then they double charged me for my stay and have yet to refund me. Though they said it’s in the way. A complete nightmare don’t know why I’m paying for this.

Very run down rooms. Peeling paint. Jacuzzi outside didn't work- the jets wouldn't turn on with the timer. Very dated pool and jacuzzi. Carpet was dirty in the room. For $350/night, I definitely expected better. This is more like a $120/night room, if that.

This was the most overpriced hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It is run down, dirty, and just plain in need of a complete renovation. We couldn’t even access our room half the time because the card key wasn’t working. The only thing going for it is an excellent location for the Peoria Sports Complex.

Although the facility was clean, it is very dated with the rooms needing remodeling especially the bathroom which had metal plates covering water damage areas around tub/shower. Walls and carpet also clearly needing updates. The staff was very responsive and very friendly. Location is excellent. Breakfast was provided and was excellent!
