Un bel hôtel mais pour moi ce n est pas un 5 étoiles personnel inégal très bon resto mais trop enfermé un manager proche des clients et raju au restaurant lui était vraiment 5etoiles bref je n est pas eu de chance faut dire qu il y avait un groupe qui n avait visiblement pas l habitude d aller dans un 5etoiles Dernière petite chose j’avais demandé à l’hôtel de me réveiller à 4h du matin pour avoir mon avion et ils ne m’ont pas réveillé heureusement que je me suis réveillé naturellement non je pense qu’il y a encore beaucoup de travail à faire dans cette hôtel

Es war sehr schön. Die Bedienung und die Leute am Empfang waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist sehr gemütlich mit Pool und Spa und Fitnessraum. Das Morgenbuffet war gross und hatte reichlich gute sachen.

Schönen Aufenthalt in Phuket mit einigen Umständen

Pros: Freundlichkeit und Professionalität des Personals, Qualität des Frühstücks.
Cons: Habe dem Hotelmanager Verbesserung vorgeschlagen.
Location: Hotel befindet sich an Karon Beach, hat aber keinen direkten Zugang zum Strand, so wir die meisten Hotels. Karon Beach ist sehr touristisch und teuer.
Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels sind sehr freundlich und professionell. Sie erfüllen die Wünsche der Gäste prompt und ebenfalls lösen sie das Problem sofort. Überall trifft man freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Der Hotelmanager, Alain begrüsst die Gäste während des Frühstücks und fragen nach Befinden der Gäste. Spezieller Dank geht auch an Bell, Herr Sakethiporn, Duty Manager, er ist extrem gut und sehr professionell; kümmert sich um Wohl der Gäste und ist auch bereits möglichst entgegen zu kommen, wenn das Problem nicht lösbar ist, bietet er eine andere Lösung an. Wir hatten das Hotel mit Frühstück gebucht, kurz vor dem Abflug hat er uns mitgeteilt, dass dies nicht der Fall ist. Dies ist dem technischem Problem von Ebookers zurück zu führen. Nach meiner Abklärung mit Ebookers müssen diese Kosten zuerst selber übernehmen, nach meiner Rückkehr die Belege dann dem Kundendienst von Ebookers senden. Was enttäuschend ist, das Hotel hat keinen direkten Zugang zum Meer. Hatte bei der Buchung falsch verstanden. Uns hat es sehr gestört an das Verhalten der Chinesischen Touristen, die benehmen sich so schlecht, lassen die Kinder nackt im Pool schwimmen, waschen die Schuhe, Füsse im Pool nach dem Besuch des Meeres. Habe dem Manager gemeldet und vorgeschlagen, dass man den schleckten Gästen verbieten und sagen muss, was erlaubt und was nicht. Sonst vermeiden die neuen oder die Stammgäste dieses Hotel. Am Schluss waren wir nicht mehr wohl und sind froh, dass der Aufenthalt zu Ende ist.
