I had a disappointing experience with this hotel. First of all, I booked and confirmed transportation from Phuket Airport to the Dewa Resort one day before my arrival. I received a message from the hotel confirming the pick-up. However, after waiting for more than 30 minutes at the Domestic Terminal 1 arrivals area, nobody showed up. When I called the hotel, they claimed the driver was there — which was simply not true. I finally took a taxi on my own. No one from the hotel apologized for this incident. Secondly, when I arrived, there was no water in the room until 6 PM. The room itself was damp and far from the pictures shown on Expedia.

Lovely hotel. The staff were fantastic. Pool villa room was spacious and very clean. Good breakfast with plenty of choice The hotel location is close to the airport. Has a 7/11 nearby and a daily afternoon/ evening market 100m away. Along the beach are plenty of souvenir shops, beauty places, restaurants etc. The beach wasn’t very clean

Never recommend hotel in Thai

The location of accommodation is 100 yards away from the lobby, through the motorway. You have to go through to check out with luggage and with kids if you have; it is horribly unlucky. Moreover the staffs are very unkind surprisingly. Remember that it is non recommendable one in Thai.
