I stayed in a pool access room which was GREAT! Very private and such a big pool and relaxation area for only limited rooms. The only downside was the room had no storage which was tough for an extended stay and all the shopping I did. Felt like my room was never tidy but I’m OCD with neatness. The location was perfect, close enough to everything yet far enough from the loud party area. 711 and two chemists just downstairs was the best part of the hotel. Loved the buffet breakfast. Oh and room service was so quick and really good food too and not overpriced! Would 100% recommend and would love to go again.

Location is perfectly situated. Its location is not too close or too far to enjoy the nightlife while keeping an healthy distance enough to have restful sleep, tasty meals, and do a bit of shopping. The housekeeping staff were also very lovely and kind.

came to Thailand When we saw this hotel we instantly fell in love with it! We read the reviews, saw the pictures and knew this was the hotel for us! Upon arriving, YEE came to the taxi and opened our door and collected our bags. As we walked to the front reception, OIL, greeted is with a smile! She checked us in with no delay, meanwhile YEE grabbed us a delicious complimentary beverage and cold towel! YEE brought us to the room and it was stunning! The pictures did not lie! The rooms were clean and tidy. The bathroom had that backstage vibe! And the rooms were soundproof as we didn't hear our neighbor what so ever. Throughout the trip there was a power outage (something the hotel did not have control over) and they were very accommodating. And though it didn't bother us, they gave us a free drink ticket which we used at the pool side bar. Now the pool is such an amazing and beautiful pool. It is very clean! And very refreshing especially to beat the crowds of the beaches. The breakfast buffet is delicious! And the spread is vast! Everyone staffing the breakfast buffet were kind and very bubbly, especially for the morning! Finally, the bar and restaurant that is attached to the hotel always had live music and a great waiting staff. Even the newest Trainee was very professional and kind! All in all this hotel is 5 out of 5 and if I could give it higher I would!

Definitely not the boutique relaxing hotel they claim to be - noise from the street can be heard in the rooms, rooms poorly cleaned by house keeping and on one occasion house keeping left our room door unlocked. Feels like an upmarket hostel rather than a 5* hotel.

Fantastic hotel! Only about a 4-minute walk to the beach. PERFECT! Sits on a corner so different directions you can head when walking to find food or to go shopping. Loved that it was on what seemed to be a main strip. Lots of people around, I always felt safe. Great breakfast, nice evening seating outside when having a night cap, the rooftop pool and bar area was lovely! All the staff were great! Plus it was easy to coordinate excursions such as the Phi Phi islands tour, elephant sanctuaries, Tiger Kingdom, etc. through the desk in the lobby. Very convenient to have. Great value for the cost. The only downside is that there were network issues so couldn’t log into Netflix on the tv once we were in for the night, but it didn’t matter much since we’d be sleep quickly anyway. I’d highly recommend this hotel!!!
