Great location connecting to mall. A few things in room were inoperable and never repaired after notifying front desk . Overall a nice hotel in the heart of Patong .

Excellent location connected to big shopping mall. Rooms are comfortable but view is poor from most rooms on the exterior side of building. I would not hesitate to return at the right price .

Great location

The location of the hotel is great and connected to a mall which was amazing and comfortable. You would note that the hotel has 2 separate buildings and we did the checkin in building no. 1 but stayed in the other building so the check out was longer since the recipients needed to drive to to the building no. 1 to cancel our deposit. The room we took didn’t have a porch which is not recommended since we couldn’t dry the swimsuits. There was also a lot of noise from the outside but it ended around 12 am.

Nice property with a beautiful mall connected . Only con was price was extremely expensive for Thailand compared to other hotels I’ve stayed . High season prices are now exorbitant in Phuket .

We loved our stay at this hotel! The staff could not be more friendly and helpful. Right next to the shopping centre and 7 eleven and within walking distance to Bangla Road. Room was clean and pool/pool area was clean and stunning. Would definitely stay in this hotel again if visiting Phuket.

Great hotel situated at the heart of Phuket

We had a fantastic stay at the M Social Phuket. The reception was efficient and welcoming, the rooms completely new and with AI to command lights, TV and A/C. Comfortable beds and great bath rooms. The swimming pool is huge, and the service is great. We will definitely come back to this hotel for our next holiday in Phuket.

Love this place! The staff is super helpful and the area is very walkable. It's attached to a mall and also it's a few minutes walk to the beach. Also nightlife around here is great. It's right on bangala walking street. You just have to cross the road. the walking street NOT a good place for kids. Please don't bring your kids here or at least do research first.
