Exceeded our expectations

We had an amazing time at My Beach Resort. The location is great, with virtually a private beach. The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. The resort is very well maintained with a great deal of attention paid to the details. There are many opportunities to be physically active if one chooses. The breakfast offerings were varied and delicious. We will definitely be telling our friends and family about this amazing place!

This was one of our favorite places to stay while visiting Thailand and in our travels altogether. The views of the ocean and the private beach were amazing. The room was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and we enjoyed the 2 for 1 happy hour cocktails. We highly recommend this to anyone visiting Phuket that is looking for a relaxing stay.

What a fab hotel! If you like a quiet but beautiful location then you hit the mark at My Beach Resort, Phuket. It’s location is stunning. There is increased development in the area so, over time, this may change, but for now it is peaceful and beautiful. Phuket old town is 20-30 mins away by motorcycle or taxi and has a wide variety of bars and restaurants. The food and service at the hotel meats the requisite targets fo Michelin stars and that shows. Prices are still ok for hotels. The staff? Well, just brilliant. It’s a small hotel with a great family feel. It attracts the kind of folks who value five star service and the staff deliver on that in every area. We are rebooking to come back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this spot.

True 5-star experience

Hotel is located about 15 minutes outside of Phuket downtown just by the beach Khad. A very beautiful bay with the sun setting on the other side. The hotel is in very good condition and have the amenities one could ask for. For instance very nice pool area. What makes this hotel so special is the staff and the food here. The staff is super friendly and reminds us of how genuinely friendly Thai people were back in the days. Always an honest smile always willing to go the extra mile. See examples lower down in review. Also the food here is amazing! No wonder they have had Michelin star every year since 2019. We also took a Thai-cooking-class held by their executive chef and their restaurant manager as interpreter. Highly recommend it! We flew a drone over the bay that without reason just fell from the sky and sunk. Staff directly offered to help to dive for it at last given coordinates. Sadly we didn’t find it due to to deep water. Despite us leaving for home they will still make effort from hotel to try to recover it. Next week lowest tide fishermen-friends will cast nets with weights to try and fish it up. If that doesn’t work they offered to reach out to scuba divers and try to recover it. If you are going to Phuket and want a great time and relax this is the place. Maybe not the best beach, but still okey. A special thanks to Pen, head of restaurant, an Nook, who helped us search for our drone. But in fact the whole staff is amazing! Highly recommend!

Everything about this place is exceptional! From the food to the staff and the massages, every aspect exceeded my expectations. The food at the restaurant was so delicious that I returned for dinner every night during my four-night stay. The resort is incredibly peaceful and offers a variety of activities to enjoy on-site. A special thank you to Zean and all the staff members for their outstanding hospitality. You truly made my stay memorable. I will definitely be returning for my next visit!

Be careful with the room they select for you

Be careful with the room they select for you when checking in. I was given the worst room in the hotel, located in a dungeon, so the experience with the hotel was horrible, as well as the staff's service was not so receptive.

We ended our stay in Phuket at the My Beach Resort and was wonderful. It was incredibly peaceful. The whole place felt so amazing, the food and the drinks were delicious, the staff was amazing, and the view was unreal. We stayed in the Premier Seaview Studio which had a tub on the balcony and a great amount of space in the room. There is construction happening on the adjacent property which we could hear very loudly when we were on the balcony but it wasn't audible when we were by the pool. We also got to paddleboard and kayak for free for an hour which was a great add. Their selection of breakfast was also great. The resort is definitely more 'remote' compared to the other parts of Phuket we stayed in but you can walk to other restaurants, 7/11, and other shops within less than 10 minutes. We wanted to get a massage one of the days at the Spa but it was booked out so we ended up walking to Chill Chill Massage 3 (great experience) which was less than a 10-minute walk. So if you want a massage at their Spa make sure you request it at least a day in advance!

I love swimming pools and this property features two HUGE infinity pools within steps of the beach. Also, you have the option of booking a room with a private pool (which I will do next time). The breakfast buffet serves standard American fare as well as Asian favorites like fried rice and shumai. Location is far from the bustling beach cities near Patong, so know that you will not be walking distance to shops and nightlife. But if you like sophisticated, international vibe with pleasant always smiling staff, this is your resort.

This is by far the nicest resort in the area, at least until the neighboring development is finished (lot of work going on around the resort but that's a good thing!) Breakfast was spot on every morning. Views are as good as most tours without going anywhere. If you want a view better than some tours there is one just a couple minutes down the road! Pool is perfect, beach perfect, activities are top notch, and quick access to rentals and exchange rates across the road that make the location seem not so remote. Our AC kept shutting off and we would wake up hot but the staff was so fast to respond and take care of us so it wasn't even a real problem. No real need to go to the big city areas, just down the road about 8 min walk, you have a 7-11, messages, shopping, and a good verity of food. I do recommend going to the Chillva, Naka, and Old Town night markets if you get a chance. 10/10!
