Great family holiday

A great resort for a break away - whether a family trip or just with friends. The resort is located very centrally but once inside you are in a tranquil and secluded hotel with multiple restaurants, bars and pools. The food was amazing at every restaurant and the staff were all really lovely, especially the room service staff. The beds and pillows were great and room amenities excellent. Overall terrific stay and we would highly recommend this hotel.

A perfect hotel that provides everything you need

Excellent hotel, pays attention to every little detail, provides an experience for the family and children. Kids club with perfect staff, who even made sure to have a farewell party for the kids. Beach club for adults, adult pool, water park for children, excellent breakfast. Being in Patong without feeling Patong.

The check-in process and the initial refusal to honour the all inclusive offer we had prebooked that was only overturned by the duty manager because he "couldn't find proof" in the booking that it wasn't booked for all three guests left a bitter taste. The implication was very clear that he was saying the booking was somehow invalid. Eventually he 'let it go'. There is some retraining needed on front desk and the duty manager involved. Im stark contrast the staff everywhere else in the hotel were amazing for our whole stay from kids club to restaurants they were amazing. The food itself in the restaurants was of very high quality, and the service was.likewise so

El hotel es espectacular, usualmente iba al Marriot que está en Merlin, pero de ahora en adelante solo iré a este. La ubicación es perfecta, y no es ruidoso para estar en Patong -como uno se imagina-; me Encantó todo, la cercanía a la playa tan solo cruzando la calle, el recién inaugurado club Endless Summer está hermoso, buena música, buen ambiente. Del otro lado por la Rat Uthit Song Road se puede caminar a muy buenos restaurantes y cerca al Jungceylon. Si hay disponibilidad el upgrade de habitación es increíble. Y por supuesto el desayuno ni que hablar, excelente con muchísimas opciones, cocina local, western, chinese, Hindi. El customer service de todos sus colaboradores perfecto como siempre. Es por lejos el Mejor hotel en Patong.

The hotel is in good condition,very clean and maintained very well . Restaurants are really good and food is delicious. Staff are very nice and polite, one of nicest people I ever met. Only one thing that I didn’t like is how they handle guests that purchased All Inclusive package. It is very confusing, because there are separate menus for All Inclusive guests and some employees didn’t know how to handle it.

Awesome resort, friendly staff, great dining options , otop market across the road. Stayed in the pool excess room and it was in a quiet part of the resort with its own swim up bar. Only downside about the room which wasn’t a big deal for me is the room was a bit outdated and the aircon wouldn’t go below 23 degrees. Definitely recommend this resort and I’ll be staying here again.

Facilities and cleanliness were excellent. The only downpoint is the peak breakfast time is mayhem. The breakfast team do a great job organising residents. But some nationalities don't believe queueing applies to them and just walk in and sit at a table. Avoid 9.00am to 10.00am for breakfast if possible. Otherwise, a great hotel.

El hotel es excelente, las habitaciones muy cómodas, algunas un poco lejos del desayunador pero nada grave. Hay habitaciones remodeladas y otras no pero las más antinguas están perfectas. Hermosas piscinas. El desayuno es excelente con gran variedad. La zona de Patong es muy fea y sucia. Si vas en familia o con intención de descansar con buenas opciones grastronómicas yo pararía en Kata o Karon beach. Si tu decisión es Patong este es el hotel indicado.
