I liked the pool, the food availability, the staff friendly, easy access. I rented a brand new scooter for the day and they took care of organizing my trip to Ko Phi Phi. Overall a great stay and easy going vibe.

The room was ok, the pictures and reality were very different. Ny room was infested with ants so had to throw away all our snacks and get the room cleaned. As we only had 1 night left we just persevered. Our room did not have any smoke alarm which I think is must !

I stayed in Rawai in order to have easy access to the Chalong harbour for dive trips. This hotel has been exceptional and I was positively surprised by the beautiful and very spacious apartments. I extended my stay 3 times and so I had move apartments. As such I have seen various rooms and I would definitely recommend the poolside apartments which do not face the street. I would not recommend the room upstairs because it is not as nice as the apartments downstairs which are basically all separate buildings offering some privacy, and also the room upstairs has a connection door to another room and I could hear everything from there. In the neighborhood to the hotel there are various nice bars, cafes and restaurants which can easily be reached by foot. The personnel at reception has been absolutely lovely and friendly and overall I enjoyed my stay very much and would definitely return.

Très bel hôtel familial avec des bungalows autour de la piscine. L’accueil est très sympathique, les chambres sont propres et confortables. Le seul point négatif est que l’hôtel est loin de la plage, du bord plus animé et la route à côté est bruyante avec les motos qui passent vite.

Hôtel merveilleux, paisible, les chambres sont magnifiques et très propres. La gentillesse est la générosité des propriétaires et des employés est vraiment fabuleuse. Possibilité de louer un scooter directement à l’hôtel pour un prix super raisonnable et ils ne sont pas regardants. Vraiment je recommande cet hôtel à 100%!!! Il est bien placé mais un scooter est indispensable pour aller à la plage et visiter les alentours. Merci à cette superbe équipe sur place qui est d’une gentillesse hors du commun.

A little out of the way from places given then crazy traffic there, but the hotel is super cute big clean beds and washroom. The pool and breakfast were great. The brown rice restaurant down the road was the best green curry we ever had.

Super séjour au Phu Nana - Merci à toute l’equipe

Nous avons passé 3 nuits au Phu Nana Boutique Hôtel mais aurions bien prolongé notre séjour si nos étapes suivantes de voyage n’avaient pas été programmées. Nous avions réservé une chambre supérieure avec acces direct sur la piscine de l’hôtel ouverte jusqu’à 23h le soir, très propre et excellente température. Nous avions également un extérieur avec une table, deux fauteuils de jardin ainsi qu’un étendoir mis à disposition pour étendre nos vêtements. Rien à dire sur la décoration de la chambre et sa propreté tout était parfait à l’identique des photos. Un personnel aux petits soins, souriant, arrangeant et très agréable. L’hôtel est un peu excentré du centre de Rawaï mais possibilité de commander des taxis directement à la réception de l’hôtel pour les diverses sorties de jour comme de nuit que nous souhaitions effectuer. Des petits restaurants sont également situes à proximité de l’hôtel. Le petit plus : l’hotel dispose de son propre bateau pour effectuer des sorties en mer. Nous avons eu l’occasion d’effecutuer l’excursion de Similan en groupe de 36 personnes avec un équipage au top : petit déjeuner au port, repas du midi sur une des îles, coca et eau à volonté à bord et tout au long de la journée, collation de retour au port.. Les excursions proposées par « The Dolphins Trip » n’ont rien à envier aux grandes enseignes d’excursions. Merci à « Nicky Badboy » pour sa bonne humeur tout au long de la journée ! En bref très bon séjour vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Après un long voyage,la fatigue 10 h 30 du soir le taxi nous dépose ! Personne a l accueil je dois téléphoner une personne arrive enfin, nous voilà installé dans un hôtel qui porte le même nom mais qui n’est pas Conforme aux photos.2 jeunes filles arrivent et nous leur expliquons notre mécontentement .Elle nous font déménager dans l hôtel 20 m plus loin.apres mille excuses ! Nous avons eu notre hôtel un jus de fruit et deux sandwichs car tout était fermé Le reste de notre séjour s’est super bien passé .hôtel confortable ,jolie piscine ,petit déjeuner au top 👍service parfait et toujours avec le sourire .menage refait tout les jours dans notre chambre à la perfection nous recommandons ce petit hôtel

Confort et convivialité au programme !

Un établissement original avec des chambres climatisées, installées dans des petites maisons indépendantes, tout confort, avec une literie exceptionnelle et un coin cuisine. Salle de bains spacieuse et originale. Une belle piscine agréable au centre de l'établissement. Mais, surtout, un service plein de gentillesse, avec une vraie envie de bien faire et un personnel toujours souriant. L'hôtel dispose d'une navette privée gratuite pour vous emmener vers les plages environnantes, avec là encore de petites attentions bien agréables (un jour, en retard après une sortie bateau, le chauffeur nous a attendu 1/2 heure et toujours avec le sourire). L'hôtel possède également son propre bateau pour vous emmener sur les îles avoisinantes. A 5 mn à pied de l'hôtel, vous trouvez une rue animée avec restaurants et tous les services. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !
