Little bit dirty- marks on walls, hair in shower. Very loud metal bed frames, bad pillows and gap under the door was big, amplifying road noise. Good convenient location, good sized room, nice looking pool

We booked our room and checked in. Was a cheap stay so we didn't expect much. The secondary lock was Missing on our door. We laughed and said great job picking this dump. We settled in after a long trip and got into bed. We proceed to have 2 other parties come into our room using there key card over the few hours. The first time I thought maybe the door didn't close good but after the second time having a group of people barge into your room while sleeping I went downstairs and told them it was bulshit and was offered no explanation. We finally took the baterys out of the door lock so we could go to sleep

No smoke alarm could not lock my front door with the security lock phone didn't work sink broken never clean my room the whole 6 days sent me a broom to swoop my own room wouldn't change my shoes had to get my own towels I feel that Xfinity owes me money for this for booking it as having amenities that it did not have because there was quite a few amenities no coffee pot in my room but they gave me coffee grounds and cups but no coffee pot no coffee at the office

Poor condition. Run down. Noisy, could hear thru the walls on both side. Staff was rude. Had to change rooms because of roaches. Door had a large gap at the bottom so you could feel the cold air coming in. Didnt expect a fancy place for the price, but this used to be a nice place. Now it should be demolished

OK for a short stay

The location is amazing, you could walk to the Island, but you get what you pay for. We didn't get the room we booked because housekeeping never prepped it, but they got us a substitute. It wasn't "new", spotless, or pristine and the television had been removed. But it was relatively quiet and comfortable.

If you had to have a place, I guess it’s work

The people upfront, thanks they own the place can’t get towels half the time small bathrooms with a showerhead for midget hot watered. It would burn your skin off.

don’t go here unless you really have no other choice the room they put us in the first time already had someone in it and the 2nd room the metal piece for the door lock was off and we had 2 towels no rags no hand towels nothing

Light bulbs were missing, door had a huge gap around it, had to slam the door to get it to close but still wasn't working properly, 2 sockets had broken covers (wires exposed, safety issue), smoke detector was in a drawer(HUGE SAFETY ISSUE),toilet paper roll hanging off wall, only way to turn off table lamp was to unscrew light because switch was broken, lamp shade was ripped up and in very bad condition, NO WIFI, TV did not work (cable wire in back not connecting properly) then came on 3 time by itself in the middle of the night, bed extremely uncomfortable, was NOT at all what we were expecting, photos were very misleading!!!!!!

This property is very dated. If you’re on a top budget, trying to take your kids or family on vacation. Yes do it but if you have the money, I would definitely spend a little more and stay somewhere. A little nicer or microwave and refrigerator did not work. Return it on the first day. Nothing got done about it on the positive. It is very well placed in the middle of everything you could walk to the island and all the stores.
