We loved this hotel! There are stairs to get to our room which felt like we were in the attic - we packed pretty light and they helped us up with our 4 hand carries! They turned on the AC so when we arrived it was very comfortable in our room for 4. There’s a skylight in our bathroom with a very cool spa like shower! My kids were delighted and loved it so much they wanted the rest of our hotels to be like this one. We were steps away from the Pisa and went walking in the scorching heat and at dusk we went back and took in the scenery! If we go back to Pisa - we will definitely stay here again! Also - a great restaurant to eat near by with great prices - Ristoro Pecorino and open late :)

Hotel comodissimo, grande cordialità!

Hotel piccolo e centralissimo affianco a piazza dei miracoli. Staff super gentile e disponibile ad accomodare le richieste sempre con un sorriso, merce rara! Camera piccola ma molto pulita e di stile. Apprezzato moltissimo la qualità dei cuscini, attenzione ai dettagli molto alta! Bravi!

Where to even begin with this gem!?! The location is absolutely phenomenal. This was our first time to Europe, so of course we were filled with so many gaps of knowledge on what to do and where to go. But from before arrival, Johnny reached out to get an idea of our arrival time which gave me a sense of security right off the bat. By the time we arrived, he offered us the ability to hold luggage as it wasn’t check in time, but not only held our luggage, gave us access to the property for any waiting time we’d like to do there or use of restroom. He gave excellent recommendations, and ensured that we were taken care of. The room was clean, air conditioned, and close to everything. We were a 5min walk to the tower, baptistery, and church. Close to a bunch of little eateries, and the market. There was a small fridge and a coffee machine. The bathroom is small, but has the necessary amenities. Customer service is top notch. They tried their best to get us checked into our room early, although not expected as we understood check in time was later. But we did appreciate the early check in. They had our luggage in our room before we even got to our room, and assisted us in booking a taxi for our departure. I highly recommend this spot. You will NOT regret it. Thank you Hotel Pisa Tower for a fabulous stay!

The location was excellent, a couple of hundred metres from the tower. All the staff were very friendly and excellent hosts. Our room was jept spotlessly clean. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice place to stay.

The hotel was very clean and welcoming. We only stayed 2 days but the location was excellent for the tower. The only complaint we had was the room was a little dark as it was on the ground floor and we didnt want to open shutters. But otherwise very nice place to stay.
