Comfortable and kind!

The front desk staff were really nice! My daughter wasn’t feeling well and they let her stay for a late checkout and showed concern. Breakfast was great! The gravy was too runny to eat (just mentioning it so you can fix it maybe), but we just had other things. The beds were comfortable!

The room and staff were wonderful. There are some small aspects of the room/property that are starting to get a bit dated, but that is what I consider normal...this is a very good hotel and we were extremely pleased with our visit and would come again for sure.

Hard to sleep so close to the road…broken hot tub

This hotel was priced right and close to Pittsburgh but not that close. Unfortunately it is a loud hotel being very close to a set of roads that you wouldn’t think would be too loud overnight. The place was also under construction when I arrived and new carpets were going in. And the front doors seemed to be open often, so the lobby was cold. Also, I booked here for the hot tub. But it was basically broken. This seems to be the case with almost every hotel these days. So it was a hot tub of water with a failed whirlpool device. So just like a large bathtub. If I’d have known, I would have booked somewhere else.
