They were overbooked for doubles so I was "upgraded" to a suite. The room was dirty, greasy fingerprints on the tables and doors, hair and dust on the back of the toilet. The room had obviously not been deep cleaned in a while. The front desk was apologetic and offered to clean or switch rooms. I selected cleaning and the maintenance man was sent up right away with cleaning supplies. He wiped everything down to my satisfaction. I also received a free breakfast for my troubles as a courtesy. All the staff and especially Lindsey were super nice. I would highly recommend their restaurant, Jackson's. It was excellent.

This hotel was really nice and clean. The Jr. King suite was spacious and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was really good, and all the staff members we encountered were kind. Would definitely stay here again!

Nothing wrong with hotel as much as the ratings who claim it was 4-5 stars. It’s a basic hotel. Breakfast not included. Amenities nothing special. Coffee in room very stingy, bathroom lacks a fan and the ceiling has been steamed to the point of plaster peeling away. Just very average but tolerable.

While this hotel is seamingly out of the way, it was the perfect stay to wait for and then pick up a friend from PIT, about 25 min away. It’s the exit before the new toll road to the airport, in a super quiet location (there’s an on-site steakhouse with no vegan food, or a Subway that closes early across the street, but I was able to easily order food delivery). The desk folks were kind, and the room was clean and very comfortable. Parking was also really easy.

Everything was great accept the woman at the service desk charged both my debit card and my travel companion's card for the full price of the room when we checked in. For the location, I thought it was overpriced. A free breakfast would have made the difference, and maybe a bottle of water. There was a keurig machine, and I used a flashlight to check the water level. Well I saw a hair floating in there! So I went to the lobby to ask where I could get a coffee. I was told it was complimentary in the breakfast bar. We were with a group for a wedding and others had left the hotel to go get a coffee. I wish we had been told upon check-in that it was available without getting the buffet. I have dietary issues and could not have the majority of the buffet. I was told ordering from the menu wasn’t an option. I didn’t want to pay $19 for a piece of fruit so we checked out early. This was an office park, very nice grounds, but not much in the immediate area as far as restaurants or things to do. The hotel was nicely decorated but I expected more…..
