Pros: Great location. Breakfast was outstanding. Room clean and updated. Cons: Bed not comfortable (my other stays at Hyatt the beds were awesome) these seemed little old and worn. Room was right next door to housekeeping so heard talking and door opening all night

The room had everything I needed and was perfect for my son with disabilities. The bathroom was clean and I appreciated the handicapped support bars. I wished there were more and heavier blankets for us. We were cold at night.

Very Disappointing Experience Unfortunately, my stay was cut short due to a strong, unpleasant odor in the room. The smell was overwhelming and made the room intolerable, even after trying to air it out. Because of this, I had no choice but to leave and find accommodations elsewhere. Cleanliness and air quality are basic expectations for any hotel, and this experience fell well below that standard. I would not recommend staying here unless this issue is properly addressed.
