Staff was great and went over the top to help us with any and all of our needs. We were given lot sof advice about the town and had great service from the bar. Would definitely stay here again. Rooms were quite clean and comfortable

The room was very nicely appointed and clean. It was nice to have a big kitchenette & countertop and sofa, even though we were only there one night. The front desk lady checked us in very quickly and without delay, so we were able to get straight to our room before a very early alarm for my procedure the next morning. I would absolutely stay here again.

We arrived late after a long drive. There was a foul odor throughout the hallways in the building. The first room on the 5th flr was dirty. My daughter showered and the water did not drain. We had to change rooms very late at night. The second room on the 3rd flr was a bit more clean and the shower water drained fine. The foul smell was in all hallways in the building. We had to take the stairs to avoid walking in the hallways. The breakfast was below average. The parking was a bonus except they charge $24 per day and it was not easy getting in and out. The room card never worked to open and close the gate. We will not be staying at this hotel again. We do not recommend for the price. There are other hotels to choose from in Pittsburgh.
